Spencer Goff, DPT Owner and Operator of 

NEURO-REHABILITATION (Therapy • Training • Education) 

received a BS in Physical Therapy with honors from California State University, Long Beach in 1997 and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016 from Western University of Health Sciences.  Spencer became a certified Neuro-IFRAH Instructor® in 2004. He has been personally trained by Waleed Al-Oboudi, MOT, OTR/L, the originator of the Neuro-IFRAH® approach. Spencer Goff has assisted Waleed Al-Oboudi with courses throughout the United States and Internationally.  Spencer Goff has completed multiple advanced courses in the treatment and management of adults with Hemiplegia from a stroke or brain injury by Waleed Al-Oboudi, is Neuro-IFRAH advanced trained®, he is also a Neuro-IFRAH International and Neuro-IFRAH Global provider, and Spencer integrates this information into his patient treatments and management. Spencer has worked in a variety of settings throughout the spectrum of patient care; including acute, sub-acute, transitional care, long term care, home health care, and out patient settings. Since 2001 he has specialized in the treatment of patients with Hemiplegia from a stroke or brain injury. Spencer established Neuro-Rehabilitation in 2004. He currently treats private patients exclusively throughout San Diego, CA and is willing to travel as needed.  While Spencer will provide you with the best possible therapy he is capable, Spencer believes your best option at achieving your highest level of outcome from rehabilitation following a stroke or brain injury is being treated directly by Waleed Al-Oboudi, MOT, OTR/L, the originator of the Neuro-IFRAH® approach.

Spencer also has an interest in educating as many people as possible about the benefits of activatiing your own internal anti-oxidant system for improved overall health.
